Product Description 0.3L Safty TOPT-KCFD03-10 High Pressure Reactor Autoclave
Key Feature
1.Mechanical and structural connection :fast open loop connection or flange connection,it's can be quickly open and labor-saving.
2.Security:The reaction kettle equipped with safety valve,that used of blasting diaphragm,blasting by blasting numerical small error,instanyly exhaust fast,safe and reliable.
Each of the valve adopts of the needle valve,reciprocating closed form,sealing is reliable and durable , all kind of valve is reasonable ,bleeder unblocked and dead angle
3.Agitation modes:Use strong magnetic cylinder rotary coupling structure ,stirring speed is 0~1000 r/min,and based on users need to stir ability to adjust.
4.Heating mode:Use electric heating mode.Can also according to customer need to provide eletrical heating type,liquid heating type and electricity ,liquid amphibious heating-activable type.
5.Control system:Equipped with relevant intelligent control apparatus ,meter control using intelligent digital control meter, provide data acquisition and control id the motor speed,reaction temperature and pressure with in the kettle, with high precision ,simple operation ,strong anti-jamming capacity etc.

1.Other meterial hand-lifted high pressure reactor could be customized. (ss316,Alloy TA2, ALLOY C-276, are optional)
2.Temperature timing set, temp. set when working, this function is optional.
3.pressure range can be customized from 1 Mpa to 50Mpa
Application
1. Make cumbersome experimental simple, it can be realized in one operation with different environments or with different environment temperature/ pressure diversified series of different experiments.
2. Through the RS232 communication interface a computer connected to print and show the historical value and the actual curve according to user’s needs, the whole system can be monitored real time by software.
